BREAKING:

Danielle Collins is no longer retiring this year.

She will play the 2025 season and says she hopes to build on the momentum she built this year.

She initially said she was retiring from tennis to start a family.

But she has been struggling with her endometriosis these last few months and specialists told her it’s going to take more time until she will be able to achieve her ultimate dream of starting a family.

Thankful we get to see more of her on tour.

This has been a truly phenomenal season… but maybe it was just the beginning of an even bigger ride.

Elena Rybakina does not need to fake a happy attitude in press in order to be good at her job, which is playing tennis.

If Elena Rybakina is bored with answering repetitive questions in press, there’s nothing wrong with her expressing that.

As a matter of fact, if any athlete expresses dissatisfaction with something, that’s perfectly okay.

She’s not yelling or acting belligerent, she’s simply saying she doesn’t like the questions.

For far too long, women in particular have been told to be bubbly, happy, & fake their emotions in order to please others.

If a female athlete doesn’t want to do that, then that’s perfectly okay.
