@virginmedia Exactly the same link that I've just complained about. Offers no information then sends you to a chat bot which then sends you back to a link. The only time an actual person at virgin calls you is if your payment isn't received. No bots then eh?

@virginmedia Absolutely no service in Haddington, East Lothian for the second time this week. Been down now for almost 9 hours at this stage. Unacceptable service. Can anyone update up on what is happening?

@virginmedia The only place that I can't get that information is from you guys who I pay an ungodly sum to each year. We all know it's down. We just want to know when it's back up. This is the second lengthy outage in 4 days.

@thesparkly1 Was there last night. Hell on earth. Hours to get through security. No assistance. Just zig zagging back and forward in queue lanes for miles. Total lottery as to whether you'll catch your flight. 2.5 hour queue but won't let you drop your bag off until 2 hourse before flight.
