The judge ordered that 250 files at that time could be released. We do have separate branches of government, at least in theory.

@Duck314001@ABC Preemptive pardons are not the same thing. The J6โers in the link were charged and convicted. No one on the committee was charged, much less convicted. Pardons can be used in both scenarios. No need to be obtuse.
