@zxyy97 @NYRangers Yes because the catcher bats with the other players. A goalie goal can usually only happens under certain circumstances and it’s extremely hard to shoot the puck the length of the ice 1) with good enough aim to get it in the goal and 2) without any interference.

@VENGEUR1001 If this is a genuine question, he didn’t get the death penalty because it’s not an option in New York State. We abolished the death penalty 19 years ago
