@CanRevAgency I'm trying to follow-up on a correspondance from 2021. It looks like my client missed the email to submit receipts. My client submitted the receipts after the 30days from the letter but haven't heard back from the CRA on resolution. Who to I call to get an update?

Decided to call today to find out if any compensation would be available. They said they can credit 3days back. Now I start shopping for a new ISP.
