1980s... I think “A Few Days in Weasel Creek” was the first of these and from 1981… so 45 years.
If it takes them so long to do full A2 and A3 I'd be 88 by then (or rather dead[1] already). 😅️

@AvatarVerseUp … it has been released by @IntradaCDs (ISC 401)… but that's limited and sold out (I guess)… there seem to be some offers ad Discogs (https://t.co/c5LvE2SAHx) and at least one on eBay (https://t.co/M8AV3IYbM7)… can’t of course guarantee anything with respect to these offers.

I guess buying the physical CDs second hand should be perfectly legal. 🙃

- Super-Benefactor (includes copy of the recording sessions) for e.g. 5.000$
- Ultimate-Super-Benefactor (include 1 night of cuddling with the master tapes) for e.g. 10.000$?! 🤣

Earlier this week, I've had another Avatar 2 screening (need to run my statistics script over my calendar, but I think I'm pretty close to 250 now, 248 IIRC)... 🤩
... and also more Avatar 3 (close to 160... need to look up the exact number) on other days.

Well, and 🍕 (cheering up myself over my grief of not having more of @simonfranglen's beautiful beautiful music... ah, alone the hours of demos...*sigh* 🫠)

@simonfranglen @AvatarVerseUp @DiscussingFilm I still hope that @Disney eventually goes the other way round, too. I.e. doing a remake of Avatar 1-7 as animation.

Last Saturday , I also had my 150th cinema screening of #AvatarFireAndAsh. 🥳🤣

Now, after 150 times A3, it turns out there actually is one(!) score (of all in history) that is even better than @simonfranglen's Way of Water... you've guessed it, it's his Fire and Ash.

But... 😉

... there is also a single one better than his A3, which - defying all mathematical laws of commutativity and perhaps even transitivity - is of course his A2 score. 🥳
So A2 < A3 and A3 < A2. 🤪

Ahh... how I love them. 🫠
Thanks to Simon for composing/arranging/conducting/etc.. 🤗

(Both are of course closely followed in terms of greatness, by Horner's A1. 🙃)

(PS: The last picture is obviously not from my 150th A3 but one of the A2 private screenings... just didn't fit into the previous post.)

Haven't had much time recently for posting (busy with som3 hardcore programming)... but for the last two weeks, I've had 2 further private cinema screenings of Avatar 2.

Would need to look it up, but I think I've already crossed the 245 now. 😅🤪

Guess I'll never grow old of @JimCameron's wonderful world, even more so if Maestro @simonfranglen's outstanding film music plays along. 🎼🎵😍

If only there'd be more of it. 😥

(Of and of course, I had more Avatar 3 in the cinema as well... double featur A2/3 is the best... now if only I'd also get a special dispense for Avatar 1.)
