@EGOPowerPlus just received a call from a “customer service rep” about my trimmer head issues. He then called me a motherfucker and said he would punch my funking teeth so far down my throat! I then hung up on him. Needless to say, I will not be buying any Ego products again!

@EGOPowerPlus the worst warranty and customer service I’ve ever experienced! One spool of line, the pre spooled from facts, and the power loader will not function properly to load new line. “Sorry the trimmer head is out of warranty”
