@British_Airways I’ve just noticed there’s been an aircraft change for tomorrow, I haven’t had an email. But I’ve now noticed my seats have changed. I had paid for twin seats and now I’m in a row of 3.

@BristolAirport Hi Christine we arrived on FR7227 from Krakow. When our bags come out 1hr 40 mins after we landed they made an announcement to say they didn’t know there was a delay with our bags?

Absolute shambles @BristolAirport been waiting over an hour for our baggage and it’s now disappeared off the screen. No one to ask and the phone to ring someone has a message that says sorry there’s no one to help you.
