@SanjayKurian @elhijodealli7 @ConLawWarrior we've been through several court appointed lawyers who have just talked about trial. not one told prosecution about video, I discovered after speaking to her myself. police have been withholding photographs for a year as well. I've never heard of anything like this.

@SanjayKurian @elhijodealli7 @ConLawWarrior all because we were renting a room to someone who was doing some illegal things we were unaware of & police thought otherwise. I have video of police barging in my house when I answered door, grabbing me before telling me that they had a search warrant. Dumbfounded.

Is it legal to be detained 13 mnths post arraignment for missed test, work 45 minutes away, testing only 10am-noon. Spoke to PO, tested next day. Next court hearing, counsel absent, bar advocate & PO didn't mention next day text, judge held person. Still no trial date set.

Serious ? all #MALawyer - person, no record, charged, misdemeanors, district court, no arrest. no clerk hearing, summons for arraignment.

No probation intake done, put on pretrial conditions of release. PO signed form "covid-19" on defendant line. Is this enforceable? More....

Worst week in very long while. On way to appt for broken wrist, lady hit me going 40+ mph. Car totaled, wheel pushed 5 inches into frame. Audi A4 Quattro manual not easy to find. I loved this car. Ribs/shoulder busted up from being thrown sideways into seatbelt too. So pissed.
