[Joint Statement]
This statement is jointly initiated by multiple fan clubs. Violence in any form should not be tolerated, and maintaining order at the venue should never come at the cost of harming fans.

I didn't want to talk about this incident, since I have a photo of my boy and I don't want to take it down, but I can't stay silent any longer either, because I am a human being. This situation has made me sad ever since I saw that first image. That is no way to treat a human being, especially not just because someone is filming. They cannot abuse their power to incite that kind of violence. Sometimes they don't even speak the same language and can't understand each other; instead of asking questions, they immediately grab the person's arm acting as if to say, "I'm the one in charge here." Something has to be done; it’s all well and good to shop at their store and spend money with that company, but that doesn't give them the right to violate your rights as a person.
Another thing: I wouldn't want to send my daughter to see her favorite actor somewhere only for her to come back battered and bruised, as if she’d been to war. Some people put up with that and stayed silent when that poor girl was thrown to the ground; instead, they just grabbed their phones and started recording because that’s how the world is now: if we don't stir up controversy on our pages, we don't get likes. But how can it be that we can't protect a human being from being abused, mistreated, and denied their freedom of expression? Even if she was somehow at fault, that is no way to treat a person. And another thing: I don't agree with fans who can't distinguish between the time allotted for meet-and-greets with actors or singers and the stars' private lives. You don't have to go around chasing someone just because you're a fan; that doesn't give you any right to do so just as you have rights, so do they. I hope people understand that violence is never acceptable and that we need to be more humane and know where to draw the line after all, we are adults.
I've already said everything, but the most important thing...It wasn't our fandom that did it, but on behalf of everyone, we apologize for how you were treated; as I said before, that wasn't the right way to handle it, regardless of whether you were at fault or not. I hope everyone involved realizes the impact this has on all parties. We shouldn't resort to violence to remove someone from a place, whether it's a man or a woman.
My heart breaks seeing this. The footage shows a guard pressing his leg on this young foreign female fan. I cannot understand why people think one young woman threatens multiple grown men to excuse this excessive force. There were better ways to resolve this.😔

I seriusly wish every inter fan in every fd would see that this is the time too speak up if you have ever been mistreated as an inter fan by GMMTV staff at an event.
This is NOT a Thailand vc China problem, it's not even a Thai fans vs inter fans problem. It's a long standing problem about GMMTV/GMMTV staff treating inter fans from all different kind of nationalities with rudeness and disrespect at event over and over again as long as I know of and across all fd's, it just escaladed with this violent incedense, it did start there and it's not ending there if inter fans dont take a stand.
And we all know how that company time and time again ignore concernes made from us inter fans online too.
PhuwinTang_CNFC will suspend all fan support activities and offline events until this matter is properly resolved.
We have always upheld the principle that personal dignity and basic human rights take precedence over all other identities.
Regarding the incident on July 25 at the 2026 International Fiction Festival scene, we and hereby issue the following solemn statement:

A similar incident happened to me and a bunch of non-Thai fans back in Starlympic 2025. Although no violence occurred, we also showed proof, and the staff ruled us wrong. The thing is, you open these events to all fans to attend, yet we were judged and discriminated against. AGAIN, plesse do better.

This is unfair @GMMTV@GmmtvShop some fans cut in front of us and since we didnt speak Thai, the #GMMTV staff rule us that we are in the wrong. And threatening to kick us out. I even shown proof of who I stood behind. That didn’t justify. Do better, this is discrimination! 😡
I am so shocked by the ignorance of basic law I have seen in the comments for this case today. To briefly explain: 1) staff (including official employees of this company and outsourced or temporary employees) and security members do NOT have law enforcement authority. 2) Taking personal belongings, including a mobile phone, without consent from owner is equivalent to robbery. 3) The victim's counter-attack while the attack is ongoing is considered self-defense. It is very interesting that all the clips posted by Thai fans (this is a description of the reality I saw) just showed a "kick" on the staff. While this level of “kick” does not exceed the bounds of reasonable self-defense. Conversely, restricting personal freedom, slamming, choking, and excessive force (several staffs, both men and women vs a female around 20)—and people still say these are justified? Indeed, some positions have certain responsibilities and also so-called "power", but should you encourage "abuse" when it serves your own interests?
i know this company knows exactly what the crisis is, who has the big problem. It is not an issue of manner or common practice, it is a legal issue. that is why the lawyers run OT on Sunday.
Btw, as an entertainment company, trying to solve problem by “inciting confrontation” to get out from their responsibility of providing clear guidance and rules of onsite events, well done. And the “artist manager”, the “high-profile and unrestrained speech” is a good and professional example to show “Company Values” 🙂
