I get on here to shill niche games so here’s Animamundi Dark Alchemist. It’s a fully voiced gothic horror VN from 2005 with an allstar cast, every CW ever, textual bisexuality, plot points a human somehow thought of and a very convoluted item collection mechanic. Around 35 hours.

One patch is for playability because the first ending in the game is an automatic bad end and you WILL get it over and over again if you don’t patch it. The second is for decensoring the gore. I suggest reading a walkthrough after the first playthrough because it’s Complicated.

The translation gets the job done but if you understand any Japanese you’ll hear the disparity between the seiyuus and text. A lot of huge seiyuus in this, ranging from Okiayu to Koyasu to Yui Horie, and they all put on a fantastic show. The ending system is insane. What a game.
