There are Flowery lines from 2016, there is concept art of Chapter 5 areas and the flowers before Chapter 2 even released. Toby himself said most of the plot was done by Ch1

@DesignTrack894 This would be a horrible decision narratively. The writing has gotten better and I doubt they are going to pull ANOTHER "fake identity reveal gotcha!" again. The music, lighting, animation, everything screams "this scene is important!".
