@British_Airways it has been over 2 months since making a complaint and being offered a voucher to then have recieved no email back from the complaints team. They took over 4 weeks to respond and now have still not responded 4 weeks later since the last email they sent….
@British_Airways Still nothing. Surely it is common sense that member of this team would lend a hand to this other team who are clearly unable to respond to customers for 4 weeks. How on is this allowed to happen? Baffled how this can go on at such a large company.
@British_Airways I have been waiting over 3 weeks now for a further response regarding a claim after my flight was overbooked. How can I speed up this process 3 weeks is a joke.

@British_Airways I have messaged numerous time with no response!! I also have made a complaint about my flight being overbooked and being unable to get a seat and having to wait 24 hours for another flight! This was over a week ago now still I’ve had no response!
