[It’s Me Bri @callherbri_]

But IYKMTYK I will have the last MF laugh!

[It’s Me Bri @callherbri_]

This has been the consistent level of customer service from @united today, laughable!

[It’s Me Bri @callherbri_]

Oh well if you get out of hand, you will be arrested! I still don’t have no energy towards her but really b!tch?! You let @united play with your money and time and see how you feel! TF

I was like, I’ve spent almost $200 traveling back and forth between airports and everybody is just passing the buck, I’m about to lose my shit..and she says…

[It’s Me Bri @callherbri_]

Then the @united baggage claim representative asked what was wrong and I wasn’t even mad at her because it’s not her fault but guess what she said..

[It’s Me Bri @callherbri_]

What should’ve been a 3hr flight turned into a 17hr nightmare with @united!

[It’s Me Bri @callherbri_]

Seriously @united employees don’t have to do their job because it’s raining?!?!

[It’s Me Bri @callherbri_]

Just to tell us that one of our bags was shipped to Chicago and the other was on the ramp and they won’t go get it cause it’s raining!

[It’s Me Bri @callherbri_]

We’ve been tracking our bags all day and they sent us back and forth between LGA and EWR…

[It’s Me Bri @callherbri_]

Don’t fly @united!! They delayed our trip by 5 hours and then lost our bags

[It’s Me Bri @callherbri_]

I love NY but I legit hate LGA and EWR airports!
