Grey’s Anatomy is actually one of the best existential horror artworks ever made. It chronicles the 20 year desperation of a single woman - Miranda Bailey - to get her coworkers to stop fucking and killing themselves for long enough to save anyone’s life. She never wins.
You don't understand. I was born to sit behind a big comfy desk, stroking an adoring cat whilst up to my neck in coffee, cigarette smoke and pretentious literature. Not work.
guys bfr! wasn’t there a ellen interview where she admitted being pissed at writers for still writing meredith with mid-life crisis and not being able to make a relationship work - if ellen of all people couldn’t influence meredith’s track, how can jessica ????!!!?
greysabc is literally posting a calzona edit and you wonder why we are mad at them for not mentioning calzona in the episode? they want to capitalise on the couple’s popularity but not even throw crumbs in return?….
Jessica is not to be blamed for Arizona’s arc in any way. Like at all.
A guest appearance doesn’t gets you any say in writers room; Jesse was able to mediate his exit storyline because he was still a full time cast member.
This is all on the writers.
i’m personally in love with jessica/arizona’s comeback, how powerfully she was written and how perfectly jessica nailed all the scenes. im mad at writers for not giving us anything on arizona’s personal life- and im allowed to do so. i have invested multiple years here.
why twist the narrative, when & where did calzona fans did not appreciated arizona’s comeback? expecting a line on calzona is literally appreciating arizona as a character because that’s a integral part of her life. I would have done the same if callie/sara were coming back.
jessica capshaw marched into grey's anatomy and said, "let me show you what this show has been missing" and delivered THE best speech, name dropped cristina yang and meredith grey, and was just a badass. there's still no one like her #greysanatomy
guys i’ll be honest, my worst fear was that arizona will say something like ‘i lost callie to covid’ or something… … hollywood is certainly turning its back on sara owing to their activism and i was afraid that these stupid writers might go that route…
