Why do @scotgov @theSNP create a post code lottery system where there at 32 versions of a ‘sustainable rate’ for nursery providers ? Surely all children and Early years workers should be valued equally ?

2/2 Don’t try to nationalise childcare behind our backs. Create a national funding body, value our staff, value the services we provide to communities. Fund it properly to allow pay harmony & remember what ever you do it’s funded not free and someone has to pay?
