But if that’s the argument, why is my money on hold & my health at risk because someone made a mistake that could be fixed by sending a left shoe to my house..... I can’t use the product right now anyway. You basically sent me an empty box @sportchek. Super disappointed.
Small rant. I ordered shoes from @SportChek ... and they sent me two right shoes. So I can’t use them, obviously.
So I called to ask for a left shoe, OR a refund, & they refused to refund me or replace the product until I return the two right shoes...AS IF I MADE THE MISTAKE.
not only that... but I won’t receive a refund until 2 weeks after i return the shoes. & in order to return them I have to print off a shipping label (I don’t have a printer) & drop them off at a post office because it is a health risk for them to be picked up. (I agree with that)
