@askdepop I have not heard back from anyone claiming to help in over 2 weeks. I’m filing a complaint with the FCC for not upholding your end of the user agreement. This is beyond ridiculous, and I will 10000% be sharing my terrible experience with other resellers.
@depop your lack of customer support is appalling. My account was hacked, I was locked out for over 24 hours, I sent over 9 emails begging for help, yet no one ever responded. My account was finally restored and all my funds had been stolen, which could’ve easily been prevented.

Not only did you fail me, a loyal user, but you put everyone else at risk by not promptly addressing & fixing the issue. The hacker messaged over 50 people asking for personal info & most of them responded. What’s the point of 2-factor authentication if it doesn’t work? Disgusted
