How to make:

Bg pattern was from an unofficial wiki post

Text was Fredoka One (Though it's hand drawn) I use alpha lock to draw the slight transparent effect

I typically start w a red outline then fill it black

Lower the opacity and use beeg brush size to get the fade effect
