Paid @IndiaPostOffice for home pickup. Waited 10 days — no one assigned, no one came, no calls. Complained, they closed it saying "no one was home." Bold lie.

Booked @DTDC_India instead. Picked up in 10 hours.

Demanding a refund. This isn't a service failure, it's fraud.

Ordered a refurbished phone from @amazon and it was not in a condition to keep, returned and sent back to the seller the next day. Now seller has took all the money and the phone too. Been 20 days and @amazon is doing nothing to help.

@AmazonHelp App shows arriving by 9 PM even after selecting office address. This needs to be fixed. Its been same for all the orders. I don't see benefit of buying prime as I never get my order on time.

@amazon @AmazonHelp @amazonIN In app we have option to select home and office address, I choose my office address and orders are supposed to get delivered between 9 to 6 but I get call from deliver guy after 6 everytime. You guys should remove that feature.

I bought ASUS TUF FX705DT in Oct 19 submitted twice to service center for the same issues which I'm still facing. Really poor customer care services. I would never recommend anyone to buy asus products.
