I think it is significant that DRIVE Vauxhall do not have a Twitter presence apart from three separate franchises Hartlepool Leicester and Bury. Needless to say the problematic ones don't engage! The brand is a thin veneer for a broad spectrum of "partners"

@LucyGoBag This does not surprise me. We have experienced deliveries reduced to once or twice a week for years and it causes havoc with important appointments/DWP forms arriving deep into or beyond deadlines!

@O2 I was told that I have an extra 10gigs over Christmas but I'm getting warnings that I'm nearly out of data at 2 gigs remaining of my usual 12. Will the extra 10 kick in automatically or is something wrong?
