@jetairways I travel by Jet very frequently in groups of 20! But if this is the awful treatment that we get by your executives on call we rather not be using your airlines. Its frustrating to be waiting on a call with no response even after they pick up.

@jetairways Your service has been extremely awful. I had a query on the Jet privilege membership so I call your customer service. Its takes a while to get through your executives and then when someone does finally pick up they keep on hold for 20mins and never answer
