Other orgs I’ve been with have basically said you do what you need to do sort of thing and they gave me their trust. If you can’t trust your staff, then you should realistically consider who you sign.

@noyomng @ThibautMNG From my experience being there, I wasn't involved much. There was no form of comms as to what needs doing etc. The lack of engagement on the socials isn't that good considering they have 5.4k followers. I feel like anything you had to do would have to be cleared by Weg first.
