Late payment crackdown will do nothing. You need to make it illegal to stretch terms to 90 and sometimes 120 days. The big companies bully the small ones into accepting ridiculous terms or they go elsewhere. This doesn't happen in Germany due to the law. If you really want to help small businesses then change the law and watch small businesses grow.

@SuellaBraverman I would just like to point out that the annual GDP of Mauritius is about £11.5 billion so we would be paying over 1 & 1/2 times their GDP to give away what's already ours. Who in their right mind negotiates a deal like this.
