@ObinnaNkwocha5@flyunitedng I’d advise you not to fly with this airline. There customer service is poor, staffs are rude, and you’d call and email several times, without any response
@ObinnaNkwocha5@flyunitedng By the time everything got sorted, we had to rush to the gate, only to be told we had missed the flight😅 for something that was apparently their fault! I then had to pay ₦40,000 to reschedule again.
If you can’t carry up to 20kg @flyunitedng notify before the set travel date.
@ObinnaNkwocha5@flyunitedng Going back to the check in counter, the lady we met said she couldn’t check us in because this is a new shift, and we were meant to be checked in with the lady who did the last shift, and that’s her colleague’ work not hers. At this point, I was just laughing because i was pissed
@ObinnaNkwocha5@flyunitedng Upon meeting the supervisor to understand why I have a 50/50 chance of getting my bags, she told me she was in a haste that I should get her number and call her on the phone 😂 , and ran to go do what she wanted to. Meanwhile, time was being wasted!
