It’s been an honour and a privilege to have been @HadCC_Suffolk Secretary for the last 16 years. I’ve been proud to play a small role in how we’ve developed and what we’ve achieved.
But now it's time to hand the Minutes over.
AOB: yes, campervanning!
Absolutely loved the @IpswichTwilight 10k, my first proper race representing @HalsteadRR. Such a well organised and supported event. Running is hard, but sometimes it beats nicking off for a duck and dropping a dolly.
A true legend of @HadCC_Suffolk, and a huge character. I didn't get to watch him in his absolute prime but it was a privilege to play with him in his latter years, when the competitive fire still burned bright. I once gave him out in a friendly and he did not let me forget it!
Tributes are paid to former Suffolk and @HadCC_Suffolk all-rounder Dick English, who has passed away at the age of 81...

500 games for @HadCC_Suffolk. It is a place and club very dear to our family, and it has been a privilege and a joy to play there since 1988, when we still played in black and white! Such a fantastic club to be involved with.
@EADT24 Typical corporate drivel. "Consume our content", "social media reach". How does this make any difference to the elderly person in Hadleigh or Bury or Sudbury without access to the internet who used to just be able to "listen" to local voices and stories all day, every day?
Here's our final song of 2023, about the deserving folk receiving #NewYearHonours & the contrast with the pathetic cronyism in @trussliz & @BorisJohnson appointees. It's to the tune "There Is Nothing Like A Dame" but called "Does Liz Truss Not Feel Ashamed?" 🎶Happy New Year!🥳🍾
