This is garbage now. 2 hour late arrival on @alaskaair flight 8 & once landed sitting on the runway for 45 minutes because there's no gate to pull into? That's crap, I've missed my Amtrak connection, the second one I reserved is leaving in 40 minutes and I'll miss that one too.

@AlaskaAir Cannot rebook an Amtrak ticket so that's lost with the next train from Newark not for another 3 hours and add to the 2 hour late arrival in Newark the plane is without a gate to pull into for over 30 minutes so this is a lost day full of disappointment.

No announcement at the gate but get notified by Tripit & KAYAK my @AlaskaAir flight 8 Seattle to Newark is delayed 2 hours eliminating any possibility of making my connection BUT definitely a bullseye for the wintry weather. Very disappointed in myself choosing Alaska.
