@DeliverooHelp absolutely disgusting. Hair in my mouth out of the food from subway and Deliveroo are acting like this is normal. I want refunding or I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback and food standards at my council. Disgusting!
If you don’t resolve this now I will be contacting my bank. You have broken the consumer rights act at this point and by extension the law. You cannot refuse to refund for a product or service not provided. I will also be cancelling uber one. You are just a bunch of scammers…
@UberEats why do you think it’s acceptable to refund me £2.12 for two missing items when one of the items was worth £4.45 alone. Seriously?! I’ve tried to resolve this through the app multiple times and you either ignore me completely or send me AI generated responses.

@nxwestmidlands Well it didn’t. I was waiting and so were about 15 others. The next one was also 10 mins late. This resulted in me being 10 min late for work. I can tell you with 100% certainty that no bus arrived at the depot this morning.

You just cannot speak to anyone at this bank, if you can call it that. Constantly escalating issues to relevant departments that don't respond over and over again but refuse to speak to their manager even though their process has failed again and again.

@nxwestmidlands How has this somehow made the 51 from Walsall non existent. Waiting over 90 mins and it just keeps saying departed when no bus has come. And every 51 that does show up goes out of service

You want people to use your service and you are having the opposite effect. I cannot wait for the day that I don't have to rely on you anymore because you are completely useless. Late for appointments and job interviews even when I leave early to accommodate your trash service.
