I've tried to approach this election unflinchingly & w/ clear eyes, but this is the absolute worst case scenario.
We're in an epochal shift in American history of the worst sort, &, while it does not spell the absolute end of Amer liberal democracy, MAGA is a fatal illness. 1/
@TizzyEnt As an epidemiologist I like to use data and evidence behind my decision making. Just going to drop this here. The choice is obvious.

A lot of people haven’t personally seen federal government officials. That’s absolutely true. I’ve also learned that often does not mean that the federal government isn’t there. Here’s some examples why:
On Wednesday night, at the Democratic National Convention, America was introduced to 17 year-old Gus Walz, the son of Gwen Walz and Gov. Tim Walz, who instantly became a national treasure due to an unexpectedly emotional moment of pride and joy for his father.

Today I learned that the oldest living land animal in the world is a gay male tortoise named Jonathan. he is 192 years old, pictured with his longtime mate Fredrick
Happy pride month to the gay turtles 🏳️🌈
@RevDaniel@Newsweek Taylor Swift has positively impactef society using her money and influence for supportive and charitable purposes. The fact she has done so as a single unmarried woman should be applauded not vilified. She's showing a generation of girls their worth does not depend on men
The Supreme Court has:
-Overturned Roe v. Wade (50+ years of precedent)
-Overturned Chevron (40 years of precedent)
-Overturned affirmative action (60+ years of precedent)
-Allowed cities to criminalize homelessness
And this is all because 1 man became president in 2016.
