I had email from @GarethTurpin @02 that charges going up 13.4% + 3.9% - crazy. contributing to inflation by doing that! Where does 13.4% RPi come from? In January rate for 12 months was 8.8%. (ONS) O2 basing it on 1 month of data? It’s profiteering!
