Visited Haldiram, Bhiwadi, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to customers. There was no one at the billing counter for over 30 minutes. @NagpurHaldirams

Even though the staff member was walking around the store, he ignored customers instead of attending to the billing counter.

When we finally raised the issue, instead of apologizing or helping, the staff member argued with us and behaved disrespectfully.

Turns out the agent reads the remote's clipboard - but my screenshot lives on my laptop.
