Is Eureka Forbes responsible for any health issues that may occur due to dirty filter. Kindly replace the machine with a newer model for which AMC is available or refund the entire amount.

Request someone with authority to look into the matter and replace the machine ASAP or refund.

But as per your policy you will not replace your mis-sold product and I will have to purchase the product again. I want to ESCALATE this to the highest level.

This is @EurekaForbes responsibility that if they discontinue a newly sold product then they should replace it with the newer model for which AMC is available or refund it.

I have been CHEATED by Eureka Forbes. Kindly send me over email that after promising AMC at the time of sale, it is being denied after one year. Also, replacing your advised machine (AG200) with a newer model with AMC has been denied.

Why was I advised a product by Eureka Forbes executive, which is discontinued.
On top of that I am being asked to purchase a new machine again, just after one year because @EurekaForbes @Eureka_ForbesIN cannot keep its promise.
