When I would switch from retail to bc anniv on the launcher the account being used would switch from MyAccount to MyAccount1.

Why is it that each time something ships with @Purolator there is a problem? The first time they lost a 300$ psu for my computer and closed my ticket. Now I am in a 45 min wait time on hold. My package hasn't moved in over a week @PurolatorHelp
