@WallStreetApes That tracks. We have a loaf that is now strictly a science experiment. It is over a year expired, and it still looks the same as the day we bought it.
If even mold refuses to eat it, it ain't food any more...
@Methodical001@thehealthb0t Our pup was just diagnosed with cancer this week... We're wanting to try this but I'm struggling to find dosage information and treatment options. Any tips?
@TrumpTranscends@gothburz Unfortunately everyone is walled in a glassy eyed cage they stumbled blindly into. We're all on our phones, all the time, nobody's organizing or pushing back. We're in Huxley's Brave New World, satiated with convenience and entertainment.
Nothing will happen.
Everyone needs to go do this ASAFP. If you're in the labor market, go do it.
I knew @Equifax was a despicable, horrific company that lost everyone's data a few years ago and we have no way of opting out of them collecting it, but The Work Number is DISGUSTING.
Freeze it. It's not like our lawmakers are going to help us, at least control your data...
@Chuck_Petras Thank you for posting the actual resource. This is the most important reply in the thread. Everyone reading this: go to https://t.co/obDBACvVMD, freeze your file, and request a report to see who's already pulled it.
@JDarling56236@megbasham > What has Talarico DONE, that suggests he's not a Christian?
You mean other than constantly and blatantly twisting the scriptures to fit his agenda (up to and including downright lying about them) instead of fitting his agenda to the scriptures?
When it comes to new technologies, you’ve got to be thinking dumber
Consider the phone. Everyone’s walking around with a supercomputer in their pocket, and it’s used mostly to play Clash of Clans and watch TikToks
What is the dumb application of AI? That’s what I want to know. That’s where the money and the majority of user minutes will be
Everyone else is out there wondering if they can get AI to write Shakespeare or invent new physics
I want to learn what the best dumb uses for AI are
The TPUSA channel and the Charlie Kirk channel were both live streaming it. I refreshed the page at the start of the dedication to Charlie at the end and there were about 7.1 Million viewers on those two YouTube channels alone at that point in time.
I'm really looking forward to the combined numbers I'm sure TPUSA will announce soon.
If an artist shows hatred towards my ideology and people like me, why would I want to give them any of my money? They're the ones choosing to make their politics part of the calculation, not me.
If they actually respect diversity of thought and keep to what they're good at and not spew hatred for alternative views, then good on them. Otherwise no thank you, I'm not gonna reward their politics with my money.
@SDSheriff Gotta keep those pistols from getting up from your car and running into a school and shooting everybody up eh?
You are a tool.
"Shall not be infringed."
@ACTIdgit @Sec_Noem @DHSgov Where was your outrage when Obama did the same thing on an even grander scale? Nah, it's not the issue, it's the orange man.
Your performative outrage is old and those of us with half a brain or more tire of it.
Kamala Harris literally arrested a legitimate journalist because she didn't like he had exposed Planned Parenthood for the barbaric and illegal practice of selling aborted baby parts.
You voted for her anyway. Don't pretend you care about this.
@LexCoryell@howertonjosh RE the Axios thing: notice they don't go back beyond 2019? Wonder what the rates/counts were for the deporter in chief; Obama.
Except most of this thread is just putting the context back, NOT statements from the admin. The one you replied to is one of two that takes the gov statement at face value (the Axis deaths claim is pretty obvious twisting of stats so I'm not even including the statement from DHS, just thinking critically about it is enough to debunk it, increased deportations means increased deaths-in-custody, the percentages are what matter and by them not showing that, they're hiding something, this is similar to per-capita vs raw numbers). The rest are all tertiary sources and many of them are literally just video of the incident rather than just one frame stripped of context.
Are all of these correct?
Maybe not.
But that doesn't mean that the preponderance of evidence doesn't point to the viral propaganda being just that.
@neoavatara They don’t want you to know this, but you can support Alex Pretti’s right to own and carry a gun AND think that he made some really fucking dumb decisions yesterday that ultimately resulted in him being shot. Those two things aren’t mutually exclusive.
This earned you a follow, I appreciate the analysis. I disagree on a couple finer points and your conclusion though.
(Disclaimer: these are based on current knowledge of the situation, subject to change as more info comes to light.)
Finer Points:
- If we just look at MN law, he was illegally carrying. A MN CCW holder must have their permit and ID on them to present to a LEO upon request. Thus he wasn't carrying legally (ignoring the whole 2nd Amendment & Marbury v Madison saying that the MN law is void).
- You say that if there's proof Pretti fired first, that would change things for you. That's not the standard though. LEOs don't have to wait for the actual use of force to respond, a reasonable expectation of imminent force is enough. Cops don't have to wait to be fired upon to shoot, they can shoot when threatened. Unfortunately the chaotic scene makes those instantaneous life/death judgements even more difficult than they already are.
Conclusion:
- As others have stated, I disagree that ICE pulling out is the answer. If that happens, anarchy has won over the rule of law. Other sanctuary states are watching, if this lawlessness wins because of mob veto, you can bet this behavior will spread like a cancer and I believe that would have horrific implications for our country.
