#Bamboo extending 6m high in the garden of a property we are inspecting in #Southfields today. This has spread from a neighbouring garden into the two adjacent gardens, leading to damage of paving. Removal of the bamboo and its root system is required, before repaving. #Survey

Aggressive mechanical cleaning of this brickwork has made it more susceptible to frost damage. In addition, hard cement mortar has been used to repoint the wall increasing the likelihood of spalling.
