Water Minister Eng. Eric Mugaa is a conscientious Public Servant. Yesterday , he showed he is above partisan politics for calling out Homa Bay Governor Gladys Wanga & her County Executives for professional negligence. The County has been supplying contaminated water to its people! Many Ministers would have covered up the sheer incompetence of a Pro-Government Governor. But not Minister Mugaa because he is faithful to his professional calling & his Oath of Public Service. Wish we had more conscientious Public Servants like Eng. Mugaa.

THIS IS HOW KENYA CAN BE A DEVELOPED NATION

1. End Corruption & genuinely .. No one should bribe to get public tender. And no one must bribe to be paid contract dues. No one should pay to see the President or any other public official.

2. Wealth declarations by all public officials from the President to the tea girl be made available online. Source of the money for the assets be made available in the same portal. Public officials wealth must match public salaries.

3. Senior public officials including the President, DP, all Cabinet Ministers, PSes, CEOs, MPs, Senators, Governors, MCAs et al must never trade with Government in any way.

4. Let salaries of Police, teachers & doctors begin with minimum salary Kshs. 150,000/= . For these three categories, we must attract our brightest.

5. Leaders must take responsibility for moral lapses. Leadership should not be a refugee of moral perverts & degenerates. There should be no whiff of scandal. A leader must be like Caesar’s wife!

6. Strengthen & equip the education system from kindergarten to University to be one that incubates curiosity, invention, creativity, patriotism, knowledge & integrity. Let the system reward hard work & cognitive intelligence.

7. Infrastructure like roads, railway lines, ports, power supply et al should connect the whole country without political favourism or bias. Development should never be tangled for votes.

8. Make Kenya self sufficient in food with surplus for export. A well fed & nourished Kenyan is good to focus on building posterity for all. A hungry or malnourished Kenyan is focused on surviving the next day & not bothered about any legacy.

Anything outside above, is aimed to excite gullible Kenyans to vote in the next General Elections.

It’s far more better to be underestimated than to showcase your skills and inherent talents everywhere you go like you’re on the stage of exhibition show. Let the public see you as someone that isn’t doing anything meaningful with his life while you’re silently making moves, increasing your financial balance and working tirelessly on your physique and psychological prowess. The public frequently judge quickly based on what they can see and this is the knowledge you should incorporate into your psychological armory.

Feign your wins and dress weirdly sometimes. It reduces envy-projections, unhealthy rivalries and blockage of vital informations. When people start to see you doing well, you won’t get any help from them and they’ll hoard whatever informations that should have been beneficial to you in the long run. So disguise your personality intermittently and never let them know what you’re doing covertly in silence. For this is how power moves and accrues.

As a young man who's still struggling to find his feet in the world, it's important for you to understand that women are more of a distraction than a blessing to you

Therefore, you shouldn't expend your youthful energy & zeal in their pursuit.

There's really nothing there. Trust me, It's just rubbing together of "private parts".

Nothing more.

There are better things you can do with your time.

Focus on yourself, not on women.

The women you are focusing on are already born with value.

She can be broke & jobless today & on the morrow will be the wife to an old billionaire, entitled to his wealth gotten from a lifetime of struggles & sweat.

That's the reality!

You on the otherhand have no such luxury. You have to earn your place at the table of Kings.

A woman doesn't have to.

And that's why you need to focus on yourself.

Regardless of what you have done for her in the past, the woman you're 'building with' may dump you for a richer dude.

Women have done worse things.

But by focusing on yourself, the loss won't be colossal.
