@SouthwestAir cont. I did attempt to use my same day standby privilege as an A-list member but the gate agent was new and instead of issuing the boarding pass on the merit of my a-list status she modified the booking. A supervisor had to correct this that morning

@SouthwestAir in September I took advantage of an offer for a promotional companion pass. I completed my required travel but was told that I disqualified for the promotion because I made a change to my outbound itinerary. This is incorrect.
