3 Days Into Launching Deal Sniper on Whop – Here’s What Happened…
As you know, I just launched a real estate software called Deal Sniper on Whop.
It’s a tool that instantly generates creative offers based on local rents, structuring them in a way that works for the seller, the buyer, and the wholesaler.
It’s also connected to HUD and public records to underwrite deals for Section 8 and long-term rentals, giving you the exact rent price for any target property.
Now, let’s talk results.
Three days in:
- 29 users
- $465 in revenue (most users got 50% off their first month)
It may not seem like a huge number, but the key here is that it’s recurring revenue. The software is priced at $30/month, and the real goal is keeping users engaged by providing value so they stick around.
The focus now is on refining the product while also increasing the number of active users each month. Users only cancel when they don’t see value, so delivering a strong product is just as important as growing the numbers.
So far, I’ve been leveraging my personal brand and posting content, but in the coming weeks, I’ll be bringing on affiliates to scale things up. I’ll be documenting this entire journey, so if you’re interested in SaaS, wholesaling, or just tracking the growth, stay tuned.
For real estate investors/wholesalers, if you’re struggling to make offers or need to save time, this tool will help you submit more deals faster. If you’re working a job, it can keep your business moving while you handle other responsibilities.

Looking forward to seeing how this plays out over time. More updates coming soon.
I feel like X is the most video game like social media platform
Back then when I used to post consistently the platform would push a lot more of my posts
Took a couple months off, and now my posts barely get any reach
Feels like when I was a kid and didn't play the game for a while and I come back and everyone else's overall is way higher
Because I swear someone will just tweet one word and get thousands of impressions
So quality of content isn't always the case is what I came to a conclusion on
Easiest ways to get rich:
1. Sell men lust
2. Sell women beauty
3. Sell parents peace
4. Sell kids dreams
5. Sell the rich safety
6. Sell the broke hope
Same game. Different packaging
Not financial advice, follow Jesus
@atlasx100 Pick an industry.
Find a problem in that industry.
Make a solution to that problem.
Market to people who have that problem and show them the value of solving it.
Sell the solution.
Then dial in fulfillment so results compound and selling gets easier over time.

Haven’t posted my thoughts on here in a while, but I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about the next phase of my content and brand
The goal isn’t necessarily more followers. It’s being perceived at the level I’m actually operating at
Not the level my current content might suggest
I’ve noticed this firsthand working with people in the info space. There are guys with insane resumes and real results, but because the internet doesn’t know their story, prospects come into their pipeline cold
The leads aren’t nurtured, the cash conversion cycle is longer, and it’s harder to justify higher-ticket offers
At the same time, you’ll see others with far less experience who openly document everything they’re building
Those leads come in warmer, trust is already established, decisions happen faster, and higher tickets feel justified
I’m not saying this as a declaration that I’m becoming an “info guru”
What I’ve learned is that letting people see your journey and what you actually have going on builds massive brand equity
And once you have that level of brand trust, you’re not boxed into one lane. You can take it wherever you want
I know you've probably heard it a million times, but AI is revolutionizing business
Every top wholesaler I know (the ones doing $500k/mo-$1m/mo)
leverage AI to dominate there competition
This is genuinely one of the most exciting things I’ve built and used since starting this real estate journey
We're taking the AI the top wholesalers keep hidden and making it accessible to everyone
We're already using it in my business and we saw a 40% increase in motivated seller leads 1 week after implementing
We are looking for 20 power users to who will get first access, direct input, and a permanent unfair advantage.
This is for serious operators only. You will be working directly with me, and my partner, Bj Buys Real Estate
If you're just "thinking about wholesaling" this is not for you. I will be getting your feedback every single day in real time. If you do not take this seriously, I will kick you off (sorry but not sorry)
If you want to be a first user, and you're ready to implement it into your workflow RIGHT AWAY, AND give me ruthless feedback
Shoot me a DM, I'll see if you're a good fit
Why do I get like 5 cold DMs a day of growth ops (with 200 followers and no posts) saying they scaled Cardinal Mase, Brez, Hudson, etc. to 100k a month? 😂
My first real cup of coffee.
I was always against caffeine, but the more I look at the effects it has on people I know and even on economies and civilizations in the past, it makes sense.
So I made the executive decision. I’m going to start stimming every day until I sell one of my companies.
After that, I’ll go back to all natural.
It’s probably the season changing because I woke up with a sore throat.
So doing an all fruit kind of day and there is no better place to go in Miami than Raw Juice.
You can’t go wrong with an açaí bowl.
Hopefully this kicks it and I’m 100% tmr :)
