@Juice143328@traeshark that’s pretty much why religion exists imo to explain the unexplainable thats just my opinion it could be wrong obviously like old religions "why does it rain" and their explanation is a higher power but yeah have a great day or night
@NoSaltAllPepper@traeshark they don’t yet they still think it’s right because of other stuff the bible says while it doesn’t say it explicitly people say it hints towards it which is literally peoples opinion which is literally subjective so i don’t see why ur asking me that
@Juice143328@traeshark yeah thats kinda the point nobody knows since it defys everything we know since matter cant be created or destroyed how was it there in the first place what is the start nobody knows and idk if anyone will ever know its incomprehensible
@NoSaltAllPepper@traeshark proves ur point more? i literally took atheism completely out of it also se
christians believe being gay is evil and immoral some dont is that not subjective?
@NoSaltAllPepper@traeshark Well its not set in stone literally even taking atheists out of this other religions go by different rules so by that logic it is subjective even if atheism is out of the picture it still depends religion to religion
@NoSaltAllPepper@traeshark I just said what’s right or wrong is relative to the society in most cases certain things are later deemed wrong due to the party affected by the action which is why we say slavery is wrong the group affected changed the views
@NoSaltAllPepper@traeshark yes and no. by that societys standards yes but by ours no (im not saying i agree with slavery) but its all relative is my point and that society may change its perspective who knows
@Juice143328@traeshark let me simplify we know we were created somehow but what created us is unknown as there isn’t really good enough concrete evidence to prove anything
@NoSaltAllPepper@traeshark which makes it subject to change there isn’t really a way to define it other than what a society mutually agrees on for instance tribes who have never read the bible have their own concept of right and wrong for this very reason now if we view it as right is a different story
@NoSaltAllPepper@traeshark honestly i gave it thought and society itself tells us whats wrong or right which is why different societies have different views on whats right so its basically what most people agree on and its learned from people who experience the effects so if that person experienced bad etc
@NoSaltAllPepper@traeshark good is doing right by others not putting others in danger and thinking of how others will feel if you do something its not hard although i will say some people fail to understand this and need something telling them that others have feelings like do they not feel empathy
@solar_dragon24@traeshark unironically seen both atheists and religious people turn out that way its not about the religion or lack there of it’s about the person i overhear gossip at my school from this group of christian women and oh boy does it genuinely make me mad how terrible the stuff they say is
@Juice143328@traeshark idk why you guys have such a hard time grasping the fact one can just believe something started it but not know what that something is it can be god it can be an explosion theres not enough hard proof for any one explanation also what created god lol
