Identify barriers - physical, mental, or relationships. Bringing the monsters into the light makes them less scary and gives you power to make success happen.
Spend less time distracted and more time being bored. Boredom is a good feeling - it spurs creativity and gives you time to reflect on what matters to you.
Put the phone down and let your brain put the pieces together.
Not everyday can be the best day ever, and neither will everyday be the worst day ever. May the low days be a time to reflect and connect, and the highs bring joy and wonder #tuesdayvibe
