@hurney86 @IdealBoilers Yes common fault I’ve changed about 30! Put a torch or phone torch behind the sump and you will see the fracture.. it’s not alway visible to see without!

Ideal are replacing the boiler under warranty with a new one.
The fault was with the flue leaking.. although they couldn’t find a fault with the installation as the faulty flue length was standard length and not cut.

Two year old Vogue.. blocked condensate....rotten flue and rotten boiler... how do you explain this one? @HarrisonHeating @irbheating @juhearn1

I’m up for any criticism though as installed 100s of these... can’t really see what I could have done any different?

Condensate blocked but boiler has just kept operating throwing all the condensate everywhere.. at first glance it looks like the heat exchangers given up but the system is at correct pressure still.
Ideal are attending Friday..

After cleaning the system I often think.... this just looks like the crap I’ve just removed.🤔
