@ZARA Honestly there is no point, at the end of the day I ordered a pair of shoes in an order of other things I didn’t care about, your company neglected to pack the shoes, as a company it’s your job to complete and check the order, which did not happen, don’t act like you really care

@ZARA so disappointed with Zara, after placing a very large order of 19 items, the only item I actually wanted was omitted. The whole process with both in store and customer service makes me realize that Zara does not take care when packing orders. Customer service is degrading!
