@Jeffdeehan@sweatystartup Awesome! What kind of rig do you have? I’m deep in the weeds trying to buy in the next 30 days for a camping+biking trip from SC to CO
@RoryTyer If this is the land we’ve talked about before, I think you do it. Controlling adjacent parcels has massive compounding effects.
Seen many folks not buy and always seem to regret it.
I’d push for 10+ year balloon to give added protection and let time do its thing on value.
@CaseyMericle For me, the hardest part is acquiring a paid off property of equal or greater value to walk the debt to.
Especially when the note is $500k+
@millerck1225 Yes! Do this. And hold yourself accountable.
My biggest advice is to build the business you want to live with.
Don’t chase other people’s dreams.
@RoryTyer Phone trees are challenging. I have 0% confidence that following the prompts will get me to the person that I need. Lots of friction.
I say lean into the chaos and optimize a way for a dedicated person (or 2) to answer/route calls. Your customers will continue to appreciate it
@CaseyMericle My stumbling block is finding the new property to walk the mortgage to.
Do I find another property that will seller fi for similar terms?
Ex: Mr New Seller, please take $X/mo for Y years. Maybe with Z down payment.
Where terms = original mortgage terms
Correct?
@redwood_ryan_a@CREHiddenAlpha This is crisp! I’ve considered metal paneling as one of the cheaper options but not the best look.
What material is this?
