This morning, officers arrested a suspect in cat-converter theft cases in Bothell – and at least one other city, after eagle-eyed Officer Thorvilson spotted a vehicle & suspect connected to recent thefts. Booked in KCJ, with more charges likely. Other PD's are being notified.
