@ShannonWhidden @OttawaCitizen I respect your opinion and obviously I’m biased just as you. I only wish people to know more about the many different jobs, educational and experience requirements. Ask why it’s already difficult to fill these positions and why high turnover.

@ShannonWhidden @OttawaCitizen It should by empathy. I’ve experienced minimum wage, little to no vacation and worked multiple jobs at once. I want good for both the private and public sectors. Without each other, they barely exist.
