@Dweaver03 @AlwaysKnocking @FitzMagic_14 Have to be is absurd. Pocket awareness and mobility certainly help but I don’t see why an elite passer can’t succeed. I would call Joe semi mobile but idk how you look at him in the pocket and say you have to be mobile to succeed.
