@Enterprise I want to let you know how unsatisfied i am with a car I picked in Naples and returned in Venice. It took me two hours to figure out where the return was and then the office want to charge me an extra day cause I was an hour late. Ridiculous and im en emerald member
@Lowes They told them that they couldn’t return it even though they weren't told about return policy and it wasn't on the receipt. It seems like this predatory practices. This is not satisfactory.
@Lowes My parents in Lafayette, LA were promised delivery of a John Deere zero-turn on a specific day which was missed. Because of that, my dad couldn’t test it until his day off, and the return window expired by 12 hours.
No one explained the return policy either.
