UPDATE! @sears tells me my batteries are under warranty. But because they are not in stock... the warranty is void. WTF? "Here Mr. Consumer, buy our stuff, don't expect any support though and oh, don't let the door hit you in the ass as you leave."

Worst customer service in the universe... @sears. Bought a new mower last May, both batteries it came with, dead this May. Store says go here. Website says call here. Email this guy. Call parts/service (no answer). Nothing. But they can quickly tell me new batteries are $178.
