The secret to a great life is Self-Actualization • Tweets on health, actualizing potential and cultivating masculinity • Becoming the big brother I never had
How I went from:
- 150lbs soaking wet
- Scared of women
- No real friends
- Lost & Lonely
To now:
- 205lbs & moviestar shredded
- A beautiful, loving, and loyal girlfriend
- Filled w/ purpose & surrounded by winners
- Radiating confidence w/ iron-clad discipline
My untold story - a thread:
With recent explosion in demand..
I've been MIA on content. I'm all in on building the new infrastructure of my community that'll take us to a $1M ARR.
Early signs (engagement hitting ath):
Overrated:
Trying to be a millionaire
Underrated:
Living life on your own terms.
I haven't reported to a boss is 5 years.. I wake each morning grateful for this.
If you’re lost or lack discipline:
Just focus on developing your physique.
It’ll give you undeniable proof you’re able to turn a vision into reality, and that confidence is worth everything.
The skill of community building is the most underrated of all in today's landscape.
B2C brands who get this instantly 10x enterprise value vs. competitors.
A stupid decision I made in my 20s (yet don't regret):
Move out of my parents house and living completely alone for a year.
It cost $30k - but I saw it as an investment in myself.
Your 20's are for exploration & self-development. Fly little bird, fly.
There seems to be a huge gap between the integrated spiritual man and the average ambitious yet fragmented career-driven man.
Although the spiritual man wants to help and guide the fragmented man.. they are too far apart from one another.
From the looks to their energy, it’s hard for the career driven man to feel trusting and connected.
There needs to be more men that can straddle the line.
Not too “hippie” vibes but also not too serious and materialistic.
The golden mean as Aristotle would say.
A man who is spiritually connected, sits with his emotions, runs a successful business, is in great physical shape, and doesn’t look like he just did his first ayahuasca ceremony..
This man, the Actualizer I call him, is the bridge between worlds, the mediator of values and vision for both.
Because they both have something right, yet both are missing critical parts to making the impact and stepping into the best version of themselves, I believe they both are after.
I strive to be that Actualizer.
And want to encourage other men to do the same.
Have it all. And connect worlds that otherwise would never connect.
We’re all men at the end of the day, fragments of a whole, god. Here to experience the human life, together.
Be more like an Actualizer.
Capable of connecting with any man, on any level, and developing trust snd buyin to what’s on the other side for them.

You see money as your path to freedom.
When actually it's your mind that frees you. Not a savings account.
In your 20s, invest every $ you can to levelling up until you have control over your mind and body with a skill stack capable of running a million dollar business.
