@tomace030 @NUFCThreatLevel It's a lot more with the amortization over his initial contract. 5(?) year deal and he has now been here 3.5 yrs so his book value will have depreciated to c.£12m (30%) the £40m original fee. Meaning that if we sell him for £70m & -15% for everton we will be making c.£50m #maths
